  • What payment methods do you accept?
Our main payment option is PAYPAL , a fast, easy and secure payment tool!
For our New Zealand customers, we have introduced Bank Transfer. When you are ready to order, send us your order via our Contact Us form. Upon reception, we will send you the grand total as well as our banking details. When payment shows, your package will be out the door and on it's way!

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive and how do you send it?
 Your Monoi will arrive safe and well-packaged once your payment has been confirmed. Please refer to our NZ  & International Shipping page. We send all of our packages via New Zealand Post using a safe tracking code (unless otherwise requested by you.) 

  • Where can I come and buy your Monoi from?
Unfortunately, we are a "work  from home" business so we do not hold a shop nor do we supply  any shops for the moment. However, for orders  of 4 and more bottles, we can arrange a meeting point for delivery! Please feel free to contact us!
